it still not working for me. i went through the time portal to past. then used waypoint in the Utzaal but the node for the refure still doesn't appear. I went to clearfell (still in past time) then click act 3, the refure is not showing.
went back to present time, did the same as above and still now working. I dont have hideout yet so cant travel to hideout. I have quest to get hideout but unable to do it as can't travel. |

The fix for The Ziggurat Refuge access issue in Standard is a welcome change. Characters that had early access before 0.3.0 were essentially locked out, which created confusion for many players. Glad to see that addressed.
