Game-breaking Act 2 Coop Medallion bug

I was playing with my friend and we did the medallion quest but after he interacted with it it’s completely bricked for me. I can interact and see the pieces placed into it but I cannot choose my buff or interact with it in any way. This bug was present last league but since the buffs were so minor I just ignored it but this is game breaking now that the reward is a charm slot.

Happened to me as well, exact same repro steps: playing in co-op, my friend could finish the quest and I couldn't because I'm on console.
Please fix!

I think my friend had this bug, he placed the two pieces I think after I did but wasn’t able to see the buffs, they’re on PC I’m on PS5, I had no issues.

They initially tried leaving the party but still didn’t work so I told him to restart game and try again in their own session (no party) and he said that fixed it.

I have this problem too, from co-op. Decided to just leave it for a while but it's been 3 days and I still can't choose a buff.

Yeah I’m currently having this same issue on PS5 after 3 days, still can’t pick a bonus or interact with the already placed medallion parts

My parnet is having the same issue.

Not able to clain the buffs.

Can't believe this is still in the game after all this time, I suffer the same issue after playing a 3p party, i'm on ps5 my mates on pc. Please fix this!
