corrupting controlled metamorphosis diamond jewel remove radius mod

i'm not sure this was an intended feature but when i corrupted this jewel, "only affect passives in ... ring" mod disappear. right now when i put this jewel in passive tree, there is no ring and cannot activate any node. item completely broken.
