Plateau of the Gods hideout bricks game

I swapped to the Plateau of the Gods hideout. During the load process, the gear icons at the bottom of the screen stopped and the client closed. When I attempt to log in again, the same result happens. The gears stop after a few seconds of turning, stop, and the client soon closes.

Update: full reinstall addressed issue.
