Google bug/scammers?

Don't know if allowed to post image so I will simply describe with words, if you google path of exile 2 on google it shows a russian page (scam?), I simply want to raise your awareness of this incase there is something you can do against it/any action you want to take. Didn't know where in the forums to open this topic hence why I chose bug report.
