Issue with Guild Hideout that I bought.

Good day,

Kindly, note that we're facing issue with guild hideout, where guild member cannot access it while I am offline. Whenever I login into the game first time the "Swap Button" appears on the hideout, even though I selected it before. It doesn't teleport me there directly, see the screenshot below - message continues after screenshot -




While I have this issue my guildmembers cannot teleport there at all as and receiving messages as on screenshot below:



Issue goes away as soon as I press swap, but reoccurs every time I go offline, kindly attend the issue since I cannot use microtransaction that was bought for functional reason.
