Skill Screen, doesnt stay minimized

Hitting 'G' the skills have an up/down arrow that lets you minimize their size. it's defaulted to down, and WILL NOT STAY when i try to make them all smaller. I like the compact view and wish i could see my skills without scrolling up and down and up and down and up and down and up and down and up and down and up and down....
