how to migrate char from private league to standard league

I was playing in private league in 0.2.0, once league was ended i check if there is migrate button as in PoE1 but i didn't find any. After some time i check again but at geforce now and i was surprised that it is possible to do it here. So you can migrate from priv to standard in PC client but i not in console client. Am i missing something?
