Does the Eruptor w/Flame Link still exist?

This past weekend I probably “ran” close to 400 t16 maps farming for this merc. And I’ve only encountered no more than 10 Eruptors and none of them had flame link. Each map was scoured and I would just run straight for the merc, check items, and Exile them if I needed to.

Is this merc just extremely rare or what? I haven’t seen any sources that say it’s been removed or patched etc but I just wanted to double check with anybody else before I start farming again.
