update issue

every time there is a standalone client update i launch a game and have an error saying 'Could not overwrite executable with new patched executable'

i can only fix it if i go to files, manually remove poe.exe and rename poe,tmp into poe.exe
but after that if i get any update for the game it will happen again and i would have to repeat the process which is very annoying
if there a way to fix it?
even if i launch installer and press uninstall and delete the PoE2 folder i would still have the same issue because before allocating space there is a small patch and this error happens again
