CHAOS TRIAL BUG?

just completed a level 79 chaos trial that would grant ascendency, 10 levels. got all the rewards, but NOT the 2 ascendency points. any help?

" Not enough to complete the trial, you have to complete several trials and collect 3 different fragments (cowardly, victorious and deadly fate). When you have all 3 fragments you do a trial just like you did and after collecting rewards you aprroach the big gate next to the altar, insert fragments there and open the last arena to fight the Trialmaster.
