Support Gem Idea

Have you thought of a Support Gem that makes it so the skill button can now be held down? I thought of the case of:

'if Lightning Spear could be held down and not thrown, and while being held down, the spear counting as a wand.'

or

'if Comet can be called down and kept and rolled around like a ball and then shot with Fragmentation Rounds'
