But why?
Flicker required you to build literally everything around it to work. It also has design flaws like backtracking for loot. Flicker is fine imo. It's also sitting on healthy 4% pick rate. Genuinely no reason to nerf it, and you haven't provided anything new here, just empty rant. Someone min-maxed it on a 500d build? Good, seems fine to me. Can we please nerf people that ask for nerfs. Before you say anything, I do not play flicker. I tried it once and it is not my playstyle.
I just see so many people asking to nerf this build or nerf this item. This isn't competitive PVP. Stop whining about people being able to do something you can't. If your build is underpowered, present facts and ask for a buff to that.
