coming calamity deleted off my character while equipped nowhere to be found

watched the video i had taken back and yep it just disappeared off me, every single support gem in it too

I just had my Coming calamity disappear off my character after putting in support gems. have you had any response to this issue yet?


Well, my Coming Calamity came back today, but disappeared again off my character right in the middle of 3 floor of Sekhemas ascendancy. Not sure why this keeps happening.
