Cluster Jewels with Full Affixes highlighed as eligible for applying exalted orb

Bug 27.401,002.

The recent feature that adds highlighting / borders for items that currency can be applied to is mistakenly highlighting cluster jewels that are already full (2 prefix + 2 suffix) when you are using an exalted orb. (Attempting to actually use the orb results in Failed to apply item: Item has no space for more Mods, which is expected).

This appears to be a UI bug, it shouldn't be highlighting the cluster jewels for exalted orbs if they're already full on mods.
