Scepter Quality Does Nothing

Adding quality to a scepter does not add quality to the associated skill, meaning upgrading your scepter is now completely useless.

same for staves...it doesnt quality inherent skill.
it was also on patch notes 0.2 but it mentioned scepters only, would be nice to upgrade quality of skills granted by gears, i mean every inherent skill not just few. |
