Why does youtube crackle and pause when loading or intense fights?

So I normally watch YouTube while playing, and this normally isn't an issue for other games or Path of Exile 1, but with Path of Exile 2, when I load a new area or open a box that spawns waves of enemies or even in some boss fights like the end of Act 1 boss, the game lags. My YouTube videos' audio also makes crackles or even pauses/freezes.

Not sure what the cause is or why it's only Path of Exile 2 doing it, but yeah, Path of Exile 2 interferes with the other stuff somehow.

PoE2 is a very demanding game for systems, even maxed out rigs. There is a common thread of thought that "other games dont do this" so PoE2 shouldn't. "Other games" are a poor benchmark to rate "other games" by and that line of thought has many issues.
