Update Boss Encounter Icon (Map Legend)

When you kill a boss, change the boss encounter icon on the world map from white to red when the boss is dead for easier identification. Red is dead. Also, add the boss encounter icon under the minimap for quick reference so the player doesn't have to constantly refer back to world map.

This should be fixed in 0.3.0.
