Not taken to ziggurat refuge after talking to Doryani.

After killing Doryani in act 3 cruel I go to talk to him and the big explosion happens the screen goes dark but it doesn't teleport me. After about 10 seconds the screen undims and I'm just stuck there. I can tp out and back in but it only resets the cutscene and doesn't fix it. My char is now stuck and I cant go to maps.
