Bug Report: Game Crashes whenever I load a specific character

Hi there,

New player here. Purchased and played the game for the first time on the 18th of July, 2025. Levelled a witch up to 21, and made it to Act 2. Was having fun.

I decided to head back to Act 1 and finish any points of interest on the map that I had originally missed. After doing this, the game crashed. I can no longer log into this character without having the game fully crash in the load screen.

As per the video, I am able to log into other characters with no issue.

Would like to get this resolved ASAP. I only have 7 or so hours of playtime, but now starting to regret my purchase.
