map Bosses 3rd and 4th skill point book not dropping [bug]

I have 4 points, all allocated. The last two books are just not dropping. I checked my alts inventory in case there was an unused book somewhere, i also allocated more points into +1 difficulty to force drop the next one (respect from a notable to minor +1 diff to get +3 from 4 points) none worked

P.s. rework this boss tree, in a current state its not a tree but some incest type crap (talking about the + way stone passive being forced on players- we get guaranteed WS now, rly not needed)
