Passive Tree did not update(#3239032370)

Passive tree did not update when moving character over at league end.

My Ranger I played in the first POE 2 league moved over and the passive tree did not update. There is a jewel socket on the main "arm" heading out to the outer ring that is no longer on the updated tree in Dawn of the Hunt. I am unable to allocate it and this bricks the build as there way around is too costly.

the tree Has changed with the new league thats probably why
