3.26 Marauder following Volcanic Fissure Fubgun's guide - extremely slow

Hello Guys!
Do you have any Tips on how to increase my attack speed? Im playing with volcanic fissure fubgun's guide (https://pobb.in/QgSBNDPkbR-d) and im actually at stage starter/midgame (as to loadout), running with my kaom's primacy and enormous 1.05 attack rate, which is truly a pain in the neck ;_: Most of the times i cant event cast a Volcanic Fissure before mobs staggering me.
