Valiant Cry - Consider Defensive Warcry in 0.3.0

For the next Content Patch 0.3.0, I urge GGG to consider adding a defensive warcry to the game such as this (along w/ obligatory debuff afterwards)...

Valiant Cry
Warcry, Duration, Cooldown
Performs a defensive warcry, greatly boosting the armour rating to you and nearby allies' for a duration and granting immunity to armour break. When duration expires, you and your allies' movement speed is reduced by 30% for X seconds.
