Unhindered Invisible Breach Monsters Can Attack Before Appearing In Breach Growth Area

What title says. How to reproduce? Open a breach and stay outside of the growing area. Happened to me a few times these days. I see others are also reporting this, but in the suggestions forum. Thought to share here. This is bad and has to be fixed. Cheers!
