Act 2 Cruel - Jamanra killed stuck can't go Act 3

I was able to quickly defeated Jamanra but after Asala beheaded him, I can't go on to Act 3. Tried going to Hooded One but still no luck.

Please advise.

Just to check, did you also talk to Asala again about continuing on (near the Desert Map)?

Was the Hooded One in the shrine area when you returned, or still standing in the Caravan?

I was able to resolved the issue by changing server and killing Jamanra again.

-Hooded one is still standing in the caravan

I think the Hongkong server by that time is not responsive enough that it didn't progress me to the next stage. When I switched server to US California, fought Jamanra again, I was able to move on to the next Act.
