Couch Co-Op skill bar bug

I have noticed that assigning skills to the quick bar works just fine for player 1, but player 2 quick bar is not fully visable. The binding for the far right button (B for xbox controller and Circle for PS5 and PS4 controllers) is completely cropped out. Also the lowest secondary slot bar is missing as well as the top secondary bar is obfuscated by pop up menus.
