Why were my items deleted?

It all started when I equipped Heroic Armour—while changing gems, the Heroic Armour item kept getting deleted. It happened around 3 times, causing me a loss of about 10 divines. I thought the item might be bugged, so I submitted a bug report and decided to equip a different one, the Morrion Armour. But today, that one also disappeared and the Heroic Armour came back instead, and the divines I farmed yesterday from my currency tab are also gone. Farming divines is already hard enough, and things like this completely kill my motivation to play.
