irradiated/corrupted

Irradiated maps are no longer giving me +1 (they used to be no longer do) and i have yet to see a corrupted map that gives me a +1.

Dunno about the corrupted maps, but irradiated does give +1. The display on the Atlas says 79 (with t15 map), but 80 when I'm inside. Might just be a display bug.
