maps and end game PoB Did CI necro last two leagues and wanted some change and earlier tankiness to do t17. Pros: no need for offerings (30+ fortification should compensate bone offering), hits can't be evaded (worthy foe), ailments immunity (fire song + fortification mastery + ailment duration wheel), no kingmaker needed, no stormshroud, easy access to spell suppress wheels, high chaos resist without CI. Cons: Low scaling (even if 6m HRC dps is enough for bossing and t17) because can't fit mageblood aegis aurora or more unique jewels. Endgame expensive gear: 21/23 holy relic (didn't check but used to be 20-30 divs), 6links fourth vow, ashes 29+ (10-20 divs), amanamu (15 divs), fortress covenant (not mandatory), firesong (may be more expensive due to champ meta), good darkness (few divs), 15% poison jewels, celestial brace (not mandatory even a low rolled could be good, not mandatory can take suppress gloves to have more passives points). Maps setup reaches 1m+dps and ok defensives which should be enough enough to farm t16 red maps. Endgame setup : 7-8m+ dps, high max hit. Disabled options on PoB: feeding frenzy off, unholy might off, molten shell off. With molten shell on bosses you should be able to tank almost everyhing (not memory game), but this build struggles with regen in off phases like exarch balls. PS: You don't need as much dps as other builds (idk why), I played a 6-8m dps necro build in 3.24 and was able to farm t17 without problem. Any opinion on the build, viability and way to improve it? Still not sure about lveling if I try spleeting steel into lancing steel + normal holy relic or just good leveling and full respect into HORC gem.
