Overlay Map - Checkpoints + Shrines

On the overlay map, Why do you hide discovered Checkpoints + shrines ?

We can see them only when we're close to them ? => very useful as usual.

I've been saying this for so long, this is so annoying especially with how big the maps are in poe 2, sometimes you just want to find a nearby checkpoint to get to the other end of the map fast, but for some reason the icon tends to disappears from the minimap (even though you're very close to a checkpoint)
