Im muted on all chats and lost all friendlist

Please fix my chat i dont need friends...j/k please fix both.

is it possible your ps5 updated or reset your online saftey settings. I know my Xbox was restricted from seeing any chat until I went in to system settings and set for adult. also enable cross platform (usually already on by default). Ya so it might be a system setting thst blocks online interactions, or not. Good luck
