T17 map crashed

Crashed in a fortress map and got returned to login screen after loading back into the game I returned to my hideout and was met with the message 'failed to join any instances' upon attemping to rejoin the map from which i was just booted from, upon reading that message the remaining portals to said map were removed from the map device.
Also removed from my map device were my two different sacrifice fragment stacks (now to 9x of each instead of the previous 10 that were put in just prior to map being started) alongside 19x scarab of adversaries + 19x scarab of monstrous lineage + 19x scarab of hordes

I will note, the map was loaded in using my top 'ritual' atlas passive skill tree, i had also encountered jun whilst running a ritual just moments prior to being booted. can't think of anything else noteworthy of bringing to your attention.
