Conductivity curse is broken after 0.2.1 patch hf1

After patch 0.2.1 hf1 Conductivity curse skill is broken, because even without any support skills the duration of the curse became much low rathe than 7.2 sec.

It seems that this bug associated with the changes of Temporal chain on waystones in this patch (0.2.1), because duration of Conductivity curse now completely the same like duration of Temporal chain curse.
