DOTH the League of Buffs

So 2 months in, another week of everyone working on poe1, another few weeks to tune balance and buff things... so we get a stale few weeks at the end of a league to finally get to feel as strong as one lightning spear throw?

If this is early access, treat it as such and buff something already so people who didn't brainlessly chase a meta can also have some fun as well.
