High Tier Mana prefix

The high tier mana prefix is displaying a lesser number than before but it seems not to impact my stats. As anyone noticed this or am I dumb and my tier 8 has always been <100 max mana?

I noticed something off with both life and mana. There are fresh items that have T1 rolls on life and mana and they are clearly T10+. I think its futzing with our current numbers somehow, or it reads higher than it should on previously rolled gear (prior to the update), reads but doesn't actually give the listed stats..

Read patch notes... T1 Indicates highest possible stat category now. 1 being the highest level possible, with each increasing number being farther away from the best possible tier, so yoy know whether or not you have the highest tier of stat or not.
