Steppe/Cenotes/Trenches/Sandspit Can't Have Bosses Added With Tablet

Overseer Precursor Tablets can't add bosses to Steppe/Cenotes/Trenches/Sandspit which can make it difficult to properly juice an area with Overseer tablets, since several kinds of maps can't be affected by them.
