Character cannot load an instance

Tried to join a group to Dona chaos trial, it got stuck on load screen. I closed the game in my PS5 now my character says fails to load any instance "abnormal disconnection" I just transfered all my warriors grab to a pathfinder to try a new build finally got it online did my third ascendancy and went straight to my 4th and now I'm literally locked out of the game.
