Seismic Cry - hover-over tool tip is incorrect

The hover-over (place your mouse on top of the skill on the main screen, on the lower right) tool tip for this is incorrect.

What it says:
Perform a damaging Warcry that Empowers your Slams if it Heavy Stuns.

What the skill actually does:
Perform a damaging Warcry that Empowers your Slams if it consumes Heavy Stun from an enemy.
