Feedback mid league

With the Recent interview of Johnathan I’m curious if there’s a way to more accurately gather feedback after the release and hype and blood boiling has died down, after the inevitable patch fixing X skill or retuning X monster is done to give a more realistic view of players rather than Vitriol from multiple external connected sites.

Is there some way to connect a link to a specific Cached set of questions regarding the most current league launch into the launcher?

Sure it might not be perfect, but I’d at least feel a bit better in my potential ignorance that my feedback may make a difference, however Pie in the sky or Copium it may feel.

I’m sure others have suggested this, but what’s your opinion other than my potential ignorance?
