Eye of Winter does not gain extra damage from Elemental Storm

Elemental Storm has the Orb tag, and Eye of Winter now gains its extra damage from going over Orbs (works with Frost Bomb, Orb of Storms, and Solar Orb), but Eye of Winter doesn’t get the extra damage from Elemental Storms. I noticed the missing visual pretty quickly, but having played the build for 10 levels or so, I’m quite confident it’s not just a visual bug, the damage difference is very noticeable.
