BUG - Polcirkeln Sapphire Ring

The Polcirkeln Sapphire Ring no longer shatters chilled enemies.

I have had this happen on multiple characters.

I cut a new gem for the skill I was using and seems to have fixed the chill/shatter interaction. Will continue to test.
