Ember Fusillade/Dusk Vigil staff Desync

Hi
Currently when using a spell to trigger Dusk Vigil's Ember Fusillade you desync a bit on the spot and is very annoying.

I tried a few spells and it happens with all of them.
I tried adding mobility to the staff and my own spell but didnt help thinking it was a movespeed pen.
