Completion of Temple of Chaos, but still shows as incomplete

I have finished my first Trial of Chaos and got my 2 points, but it still says I need to do it to complete it in the quest log. Because of this, I am unable to do the map. Is this a bug? Please help. Thanks.

The error message is misleading.

Characters that just finished the campaign cannot open their first map from their hideout. They must first open a map at the Ziggurat Refuge. Waypoints to teleport there are added to the map in Act 3 Cruel.
