Stormweaver - scouring winds doesn’t work

Hello,
I tested scouring winds on stormweaver and it’s doesn’t work. I didn’t see additional 12% exposure when applied fire exposure on many boss (doryani). Is there maximum exposure applicable ? Zuletzt angestoßen am 23.05.2025, 02:51:26
