Unable to log into the game using the game character

Dear Path of Exile Support Team,

I'm writing to report an issue with my character being stuck in a loading screen and unable to enter the game on PS5.

Character Name: Liyababa

Platform: PlayStation 5

Location: Los Angeles, United States

League: Dawn of the Hunt

Level: 60

Class: Huntress (Ranger)

Issue Duration: Over 24 hours

The issue happened when I was disconnected while inside the map "Dragon Depths" (Chapter 3). Since then, every time I select this character, it gets stuck at the loading screen and does not enter the game. All other characters on the same account work fine.

I have already:

1. Restarted the game and console

2. Reinstalled the game

3. Waited over 24 hours

4. Tested with other characters (they work normally)

Please help reset the character's location or fix the instance so I can play again.
