Alva Doesn't Have Currency Exchange

I completed the game in cruel and have been playing end game for a while now.

Just realized that my Alva doesn't have the currency exchange option.

New POE player here so don't know how to get this resolved.

Any suggestions?

Are either of you playing in a Solo Self-Found league? The currency exchange is not available in SSF.

It will also not appear for any alts that have not yet reached Act 4, nor from the NPCs in Acts 1-3. Not the OP's issue, but for lower-level alts your hideout Alva won't appear at all.

There have been at least a few people saying that they don't have access to the Exchange.
