Bugged skill gems

Experiencing a bug where ability requirements doesn`t match the written numbers on them.

Lvl 19 dex gems (arrow and mark) require 191 dex, with character having 244 dex, both abilities are making the Joker`s pencil trick.

Increasing dex up to 288 (changing helmet) returns both abilities on panel,but only one of them becomes usable - mark.
Reappeared arrow is unsusable.



Skill gems are bugging.
