Azmeri spirited rares don't drop spirit socketables and sometimes no loot at all

It supposed to be fixed as of 0.2.0g, but still azmeri spirits seems bugged and drop no or close to no loot.

1) Spirit socketables drop chance effectively is like 2-5% from my personal experience.
2) Loot from posessed rares is comparable to simple rares kill drop, seems the more rarity we have on map and player items - the less drop I get from posessed rares.

Please, check fixes again. Feels like this one was rolled back or still not functioning as intended.
