visual bug and functional bug

I don't know how to post a screenshot but basically
When I go to my skills and wanna set my totem to weapon set 2, it says:
'This information is currently unavailable'.
Furthermore, down below where you can allocate the weapon sets, there are some weird signs(symbols).
And additionally, the skill doesn't even show up in my skill bar so basically I cannot play now...cool.


Edit: Another thing that happens is, I hit the arrow on a skill to show the details of it, and instead of the skill that I want to see, it shows another skill. Fully bugged....
